Service Policies
Lawn Service
Stomata Lawn Care, LLC. lawn mowing service is done on a weekly, every other week, or every three weeks basis throughout the season. We will work with you to tailor your lawn service schedule and rates based on the specific needs of your lawn and garden. You will be contacted in the spring to renew your service each year. Stomata Lawn Care, LLC. lawn mowing service includes lawn mowing, trimming, and blowing. Grass areas in the front, back, and sides of your property will be mowed in different directions in order to avoid any lines in your lawn. We mulch dead grass clippings into the lawn of our weekly and every two weeks scheduled customers to avoid unsightliness. Grass or weeds growing inside of garden/flower beds will not be cut unless requested as a separate service. Trimming is done around beds, fences, and trees. Edging is a separate service that must be requested preferably at the beginning of the mowing season in April/May. Edging is done along sidewalks and driveways in the front of the property. Stomata Lawn Care, LLC. makes sure to blow clippings from sidewalks and driveways once the service has been completed.
Items in the Yard
We ask all customers to please pick up all small items such as toys, hoses, pet waste, and other items in the yard before our technicians arrive each week. Stomata Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to exposed sprinkler lines, other lines, cable, dog fence lines, and other items unless the client informs us first of their existence. Large items such as lawn furniture and trampolines will not be moved, but we will try our best to mow around at a distance safe enough to prevent damage. We will not move toys or any other personal items in the yard to prevent liability if damaged while we were moving them..
Sticks: items such as excessive amount of sticks in the beginning of the season can be removed by us for a fee under spring cleanup service.
Gates and Pets
Stomata Lawn Care, LLC. prefer that all your pets be kept indoors and all gates unlocked on your mowing day. If you have a unique situation with a pet or gate please let us know, and we will accommodate you. Our crews are very careful about closing gates before they leave, but we do not guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard, therefore, you accept our service with this provision. Stomata Lawn Care, LLC. is not responsible for lost or injured pets.

Weather
Rain: We always try to finish our routes, even on semi rainy days. If we are unable to complete your service due to a heavy rain fall, we will adjust the rest of the week’s schedule by one day so that we can service all remaining lawns the day after their scheduled day. To avoid excessively long grass, we recommend allowing us to mow even when the lawn is a little wet.
Drought: It is your responsibility to cancel your scheduled mow due to drought. If we show up and you ask us to not mow, you will incur a travel charge for that week.
General Weather: regardless of type of weather, we are not responsible for cancelling. See our cancellation policy above for more information
